The Nanton Community Health Centre offers a range of outpatient health services to the local community, including family medicine, physiotherapy, laboratory services, healthy mom and baby programs and other public health services. The centre is home to a multidisciplinary primary care team, including family physicians and Nurse Practitioners. AHS operates the Centre and works closely with these local clinicians to understand the health needs of residents in Nanton.

The Foundation supports the Centre by funding a variety of equipment and programs. Many of the items are clinical in nature and make the treatment rooms more efficient, lab services have been improved with a specialized adjustable treatment chair, and equipment that otherwise might not be available for patients to be treated closer to home.
